I used to make time in the AM before work and try to release as much energy(and poop , wit a longer walk) as possible seemed to help

 

Did that with the last 3 they got it... I want him to get it without the crate!

Left my dog in her crate for a good 6 hours in the beginning. She somehow managed to move the crate from the kitchen to the living room, pushed open the lower left part of the door, then proceeded to chew the shit out of the couch. She did all of this while still IN the crate. She still hates the cage.

 

I just want it to go away! Might just have to move to a none DST state! A guy a work said today ... “What’s that old Native American saying!... only a white man can think he can cut the bottom of a blanket off and sew it to the top and think he has a bigger blanket!”

Im from Ca and I’ve always crated my dogs. I know there’s a lot of info out against crating but, if done correctly can make for a much more well adjusted dog.
Of course YMMV

I could go on for hours about this.

 

Never crated dogs until this house... with the 3 pits. Also not a dog belongs outside always guy... I get it though, he is gonna destroy things. most of those things I don’t really care about! So once he runs out of those and he’s good outside with me n we’re both happy thats all that matters!
