1st Gen Lunchtable Thread - General Discussion

I see some of you guys talk about the GX and LX from time to time, and just learn what I can from it.

Would be nice to step up to an off-road capable SUV at some point.

I hope to someday get mine built up to be like this. I like the idea that is is a comfortable traveling ride as well as a very capable off-road rig.

 

With all the negativity surrounding the Corona virus, I think we should show some appreciation for the positives. Like less crowding at the gym after work

That's a nice setup. Not too crazy and not to modest. Nothing like a comfy off-road rig.
I like the word touring when I think about it. It hasn't been over used like overland has been.

Y’all ever have a day that’s going well just take a complete 180 and now lack all motivation to do jack shit? Yup, sucks.

 

When I stopped for gas on the way home from work, the $1.23 per gallon station is usually packed at that time. I think it has over 25 pumps -- a big station. There were only three or four people buying gas -- even at that price. It was kind of like ghost town creepy. I don't think people are going out for anything right now. There were large turnouts at the stores over the weekend with people stocking up. I hear first corona virus case in the state was found south of Little Rock. So its here.
