Reported that they are 6’ in size, guess is between 10-25 of them, flying in a searching pattern :spy:

Eh, so so, my friend Jarod is a professional drone pilot, the one he crashed during the filming of The Expendables 2 was roughly 8’ in diameter, only a loss of $600k after you figure the camera on it

He crashed a $600K drone and he is a professional drone pilot... I guess he lost his job?

Nope, a guy on the ground has no control of mechanical failures on the drone. Not the first one he crashed, probably wasn’t the last. Unpacked the backup drone and went back to shooting the scene

Oh, so it was not his fault (allegedly). That part was not in the story, lol

well at least I mentioned shooting, and "Goose Load." That should be good for partial credit!? After living here my entire life I can truly say our hunting is more like an out door excursions. Last time I went bird hunting the only bird we got was the "finger" from the walk-in property owner who made it obviously clear he was only interested in the payment he got from Fish and Game. A joke - so no more hunting in this State. Fishing is about the only activity I care to do in this State. Shooting - hell yes. Love my 223/556 on 400 yd range. Look out little ugly four legged hole digging rodent. :infantry:

Anybody got plans for the last month or so of small game season?

I might try to go rabbit hunting. I'm not going to make it for duck hunting this year.

Thinking about getting a deer tag for next year.

went small game a couple of times last month and this month. Slim pickings for rabbit, at least for us in the legal hunting zones. Thinking about entering the Turkey lottery but we will see.

I've hunted pheasant in NE Colorado since I was a child. I've only ever shot 2 pheasants with us walking hundreds of fields and having dogs.

I went duck hunting November and we shot a pheasant. Easiest flush of my life. Anyways, I gave up pheasant hunting in CO since I've never been good at it.

Out of town right now, but I want to duck hunt the last couple of days of the season. The water has been super high on the south platte all December so thinking it's much better now. This season like last season kinda just sucks IMO

I saw some rabbits today - they were at PetSmart. All cute and in cages. Lots of fish to catch too - but a little small - like shrimp if you batter and deep fry.

Just bought my OTC turkey tag. Moved here in September and finally became a resident this month. Anyone gonna be doing any turkey hunting? Or has anyone ever been in Colorado?
