Morning Tw. This issue happened from night to day. Air bag light stays on, turn signals and speedometer stopped working. I haven't done any electrical work. All I've done from yesterday when it was working fine was install leaf springs. Trying to figure out where to start for trouble shooting. Fuses seem fine

Update incase you are running into this.
Having p0500code and air bag light stays on and no function of turn signals. Found fuse 32 UG1 inside the cab blowing when I put it in reverse. Need to go through my reverse light wiring. Will update when problem found.

I think you mean IG1 Fuse... That supplies these items:

It sounds like you have damaged a wire when doing the rear leaf springs. That is where I would start looking.

Blowing that fuse when shifting into reverse would indicate a grounded hot wire to the reverse lights. And when the fuse blows you get a lot of other symptoms that are false alarms due to the blown fuse.

    Reverse lamp circuit:

Bad switch. Was grounded when activated. Happy it happened in my garage and not on my road trip I have planned in 2 weeks

Running into this same issue. My switch is only 2ish months old though. First it was just the reverse lights, camera and beep went out. When I unplugged and plugged in the back up switch, the turn signals and speedo stopped working

Maybe in Unplug the Reverse switch.
Check the IG1 Fuse. Replace if needed.
Then see if the turn signals work.
Might as well check Speedometer while you are at it.
If they work, I going to say it’s a bad 2 month old switch?

I think that's where I'll start, I'll skip class and replace the switch tomorrow since it's a 20 dollar part, then replace the fuse if needed. It's just been a damn stressful day and this got added on top....

Can't remember, but a manual trans is only going to have one or two switches on it anyway

If think this is it. It’s oily and the wires look exposed. 697D2EA9-8E4F-46F7-ACDC-36E2F74F6F05.jpg6A78C273-B881-4C2F-BF84-A16B1A3B3896.jpg

Update: my problem is in the reverse switch. I plugged it, and everything else is working, but the backup lights. Will be getting a new switch.

Thank you guys for the information and direction to search.
