If you’re decently healthy you have nothing to worry about. The media is blowing it up because that’s the only thing going on right now that they can cause panic behind.

How do I keep my relatives from freaking the hell out? There's not much I can do here because I'm not paying for my plane ticket or the rental costs on wherever we are staying.

 

Tell them they have a better chance of dying from the flu then coronavirus.

 

And one thing I find very amusing is that a certain Mexican beer company has seen sales go down as a result of sharing its name with this virus...

 

Most people dying have underlying health conditions, such as respiratory problems. And don’t bother buying a mask cause if you’re healthy you may make it worst.

 

Well it’s shitty beer but people are dump and misinformed a lot.

 

Wash your hands and stay home if YOU are sick is the best defense against it

Wouldn’t surprise me one bit. They use to bring in a few cases to Hawai’i every year and they would sell them by the six pack at a huge mark up
