So I have a 2019 MGM 6mt, going Thursday to discuss trade it in on a 2020 Auto. Had a knee injury can't really do the clutch thing anymore. When I got my 2019 I wanted red or voodoo blue. Couldn't find one with the manual trans in my area so I opted for the MGM instead. It's got the FN wheels and pro grill and the meso blacked turn signals. All of the chrome is removed except for the headlights. I really like the dark gray and the black combo, but I also I'm kicking around the idea of going to red or blue again or even the lighter silver. I'll be keeping all of my mods and having the buckets blacked out on the headlights of the new truck. So my question is which color do you guys think looks the best in correlation with all the black accessories? Any of you guys with red or blue trucks have a hard time keeping them clean? Anyone have similar mods on any of those colors they can post pictures of? I'm a visual kind of person lol

I think any lighter color will look cleaner than black or MGM does when they are a little dirty. I have MGM and it shows up every bit of dirt, dust, water streaks. Doesn't really bother me, looks great clean but its usually not other than washing the salt off I'm not into detailing my truck every weekend. I don't like red, I think the blue looks sharp, I like cement too if that's still a choice. BTW you will need to start every post you make I used to have 6mt :D

Silver and black looks bad ass. There are 200+ pages of pics at https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/show-us-your-3rd-gen-silver-thread.392249/#post-10808856

Yeah I'm not looking forward to that, but the physical reality of it is I have to. The biggest selling point for me on the Tacoma was the fact that I could get it with a manual transmission versus all the other midsize trucks

I have silver, but I like the red also. They both look good with the black accents on the OR.
IMO, think hard about blue. It's cool looking but it may be hard to live with something that bright year after year.
If you plan on keeping the truck for a while, you may do better with a more mainstream color. Silver is boring, but it's also pretty easy to live with.

I had mgm on my 15 4runner. I liked it, but Voodoo blows it out of the water.

MGM is the best color, you should know this already.

As a former MGM owner, its still one of my favorite colors, but sucks for keeping clean and scratches. I've also had Silver Sky, Cement and Super white, all great options. I do love Silver Sky though, it just works really well with the non painted fender flairs and leaves you so many options for wheels, etc. Plus it hides scratches better than any other color and when its clean it really is a unique silver. Here was my 17. Just traded my 19 in for a 20, make sure you get the LEDs so worth it. And I'd avoid Voodoo, its super cool but its one of those trendy colors 5 years from now you'll wish you had gone with something more neutral.

voodoo blue is a great color if I could find one in a manual in the trd off road I would of bought that one . I'm very happy with my white one less fade in the long run . black and white combo looks great .I would stay away from black my last car was black u could see every scratch and swirl never again .

Cement or Silver Sky would be my votes, but i'm kinda biased.
