Huh I had no idea. I had my KO2’s mounted at the Mexican tire shop across the street from my High School.

Never pushed out the ball joints on our UCA's; I just bought the OTC tool and hoping it'll handle it just fine.

    Any trouble getting yours out?

    Gotcha.

Yeah I almost want to do that but I spent $100 on the OTC ball joint set; figured someone can use it after I get done using it the one and only time I'd need.

    Did lowers last year...hmmm

Can you guys measure one of your ADD axles from end to end?

    In the name of science.

ADD is longer than the one for Manual Hubs since it utilizes an axle nut.

Was simply trying to offer advice to those that may need it; in the market place there's that 4x4 setup but I suspect the seller has the wrong axles.

    Just trying to save someone?

Oh easy to tell just by looking at it. ADD axles are threaded on the end with a hole for a cotter pin. Manual Hub axles are simply splined and smooth at the end with a tapped hole for a bolt. If they’re OEM it’ll have a green label for ADD, and a blue label for Manual Hubs

They’re cheaper than dirt. But you’ll only find them outside the rust belt.

Lol that suff I know already, I mean the guy has non OEM axles and they look to be a lot longer than Tacoma axles.

I guess I can just look up Tundra axles from a 1st Gen to see if there are major differences compared to an add axle from a Tacoma.

I'm not one to crap on a thread in the marketplace but will if my suspicions are also someone else's.

Just throw it all away and buy new again :D . No really, I've never had to press one out as I've never had a truck long enough to need another one.

easy to tell the difference, besides the length the ADD axles have a threaded end for the axle nut...the manual hub axles do not. If it has a threaded end it's ADD

learned that lesson the hard way
