How so? I mean, its literally the most simple shit ever..... Spray on, wipe off. YAY CLEAN! Are you using an oil soaked rag to try and 'clean' it off?

I have literally never had that problem ever........ If that shit is on there that good you need to use something more heavy duty than invisible glass. If they are that stuck on, you may need a clay bar and/or some isopropyl alcohol. If that doesn't it take it off, it's not just water spots. You'll need some brake clean AND the stuff I mentioned before. But I would be willing to bet IPA and a clay bar will take it off.

If you have used a shit ton of glass coatings/sealers on your windows you will for sure need IPA and a clay bar to get that crud off before you can remove the water spots that are in the coatings and not on your windows. Invisible glass is the most heavy duty cleaner that WON'T take your glass coatings off. If you are cleaning your windows right you can use Invisible glass to keep your windows clean and re-apply your favorite window coatings/sealer without having to worry about totally stripping it unless you're doing a full detail.

i think the micro fiber towels are clean and not oily, they are 'cheazy' HF towels
and I was using two, one is saturated with product that leaves streaks and then use the dry to polish to a shine

but there are spots that resemble hard water spots literally in the corners of my outside mirrors that it won't shine up and come off
