I have had great luck with cologne or perfume. mice have super sensitive noses and are unable to endure a powerful smell. If you can smell it mice cannot endure it.. Spray on tires and they cant/won't be able to enter vehicle

Definitely protect against rodents, start by getting a ball of thick steel wool, remove your engine air filter, feel for the air intake opening and plug it well. Make sure you use a checklist do you don’t forget to remove it when you’re ready for the road again, or place your air filter on the drivers floorboard as a reminder.

Replaced stock radio with a Pioneer AVH series head unit. Focal component system w/a 10" sub powered by 2 Alpine amps. Weathertech floor mats. Line-X'd the bed. SCS Ray 10’s, Installed an A.R.E. MX series camper shell. All-Pro Apex front bumper w/ All-Pro skid plates all the way back to the Trans. Low Range fuel skid plate.
I’m a Merchant Mariner, I’m used to 10 week hitches. I live in NC, work out Louisiana. Ive been doing it for years, only came out to a dead battery once due to leaving my interior camper shell light on. Truck starts up every time and drives me 700+ miles. My only concern is parking somewhat near the ocean due to my occupation but in my case the surface rust is minimal even for my 1st gen.

Set the climate control to recirculate to close the flap so rodents can't climb in.

I'd be a little worried about poison if there are any cats or dogs around.

You can disconnect the battery so the ECU, clock and radio don't drain it over time. Or pull the corresponding fuses. Usually, DOME fuse provides power for the radio presets and clock, but you'd have to check the wiring diagram. This is if you have to leave it outside and can't easily keep a trickle charger in it. You could get a solar trickle charger and wire it from the inside.

My motorhome parks in my backyard for almost 8 month every years. I try to start it once and a while but it regularly goes month without running. I remove the battery cables and put a Noco gen 2 battery maintainer on them. I have done this for the last 15 years that I have owned it and it did the same for 15 years my father owned it. I have never had a tire flat spot. I have never had lubricating issues. The gas might smell a bit when I first fire it up but I run a little stabilizer and a fresh tank and she is good as new. A couple rodent issues that likely were minor with no wiring damage. 3 months is nothing.
