    Both born on the same day, two years apart.


    I still blow my top every now and then. People scatter.


    What I realized is, by me blowing up and yelling, my kids are causing me to lose my cool by being dicks.


    I dont like them enough to give them that satisfaction and quite honestly, I just dont have the energy to devote to that anymore.


    It is really, really hard. I wont lie. I've gotten a lot better.


    Instead of me yelling and screaming, I simply utilize the two options I detailed earlier. What I've found is that they know when they are pushing my buttons and I utilize those options much sooner each time they are acting out. Very effective.


    The other option is to just stop feeding them.
