    ok. Well, the combi unit does it all. Do you have Propane (LP) or natural gas?
    I install them with multiple heating zones and houses with 3 full baths. Your water piping matters.

    Natural gas.

    House was built in mid 40's. Slate roof, cinder block center walls (plural) that form a corridor for the safe. All electrical was updated to code last spring.

    Plumbing in the crawlspace was updated two years ago to PVC instead of galv.

    Water pipes in the utility room look to be original...
