    We went in the local dicks store the other day to get our son some baseball cleats and we always like to check out the hunting section though they’ve never had a large selection of guns. They completely did away with the hunting section :eek:

    Only reason we went is because where Cole is playing baseball dicks sponsors something there and we got 20% off on anything that weekend. I’d rather go to academy sports 1/2 a mile up the street all day long.

    I don't know. I tell you why I like Academy. I was watching the Jackie Bushman show and he did a hunt for wounded warriors and special needs kids and adults. Academy gave everyone who came a $200 gift card. It was an awesome episode and it made me realize just how good I have it.

    I forgot this too, kids and I went to Tractor Supply the other day and they had all Carhartt winter coats on sale 30% off. Had Cole try on a camo one, put it back, listened to the "got to have it now" yada yada. Wife went back yesterday and got it for his birthday in a few weeks :thumbsup:

    A buddy walked some property attached the private land I hunt and found a shed from the buck I hunted all year. I figured that’s where he was stayin, but didn’t have permission to hunt that part of the mountain.
