Got the fairing put on (mostly) within 15 mins. Then went and scooted around for an hour. Took the fairing off because I thought it was blocking a lot of the headlights output. Turns out it wasn’t really noticeable. Now can’t get the fairing back on (but should be able to tomorrow with daylight). But I already ordered the headlight extension because it looks weird having the light so recessed in the fairing.
    anyways. Beer time now.

Nice glad you got it worked out. If it fit once it’ll fit again. :)

Ya it will. It just takes some finagling. Good news is, the brackets are in the proper spots so I don't gotta mess with those again. I just need light to see where to align them. If they're not perfect, they don't go in AT ALL. It was a major PITA to get on but it's on. Still deciding if I'm gonna keep it or get a bigger one. It definitely blocked some of the wind off me, but it wasn't a whole lot. Will see how I Feel once I get my leather jacket in and have some actual warmer riding wear.

Looks like it turned out good man but yeah, it's not gonna keep a lot of air off of ya.

Btw... thanks everyone who chimed in this morning on my winch question.
I live a few hours from the Warn factory so I think I will just take a day off pretty soon and drive up and take a tour if they'll let me.
