I think we are locked in for Sunday the 15th. But the idea and hope is getting everyone together we can discuss further meet ups so its not just a twice a year thing.

Sunday is what works for me the next few weeks. This is really just to get the ball rolling for SE WI meetups, we can discuss another one down the road depending on how this one goes and do it on whatever day people want, the beer garden thing keeps coming up but no one plans it. Seems like there's always talk about meetups but nothing ever comes from it so this morning @MKEMICA and I just decided to plan one on a day and location that works for us and throw it out there for everyone else. There's FJ (FJs snobs lol) meetups in Lake County IL every few weeks, and the Chicago area has overlanding and Toyota meetups that are well attended and I see no reason we can't get a few going in SE WI.

True! We always put it off because someone can't make it that day, or whatever.

I'm open to Saturdays and Sundays, morning or afternoon.

Looking forward to seeing you guys!

If you're in Racine, just throw something out there with a few days notice and we'll see if we can set something up. Even on week nights.

I’ve never been to petrified springs. I assume it’s one entrance?
    9 am on Sunday March 15. ✔️
I’ll bring the bean bag boards and a Kringle from O&H on my way. I might have time for a quick beer after we leave the park.

There's a lot of parking areas. How about this one:

That lot is right next to the dog park and will be busier. Thinking the one to the West, across from the volleyball courts or Pavilion 4. Going to scope out the place tomorrow to see what should work best.

Sounds good. I saw that there is a beer garden across from that, but not open for the season yet. Could be a good spot to hit in summer.

The beer garden parking lot is good for beer garden parking but gets too full for any type of meetup.

Check out the big lot 2nd from the north end (lot 5 maybe) That seems to be the least used lot in my experience, but I don't expect a lot of people being there on a Sunday morning in March. Enjoy your day off.

What I meant is that we could meet at the beer garden sometime in the summer. We've talked about beer garden meet-ups for the last two years and it never happens.
