I never complained about the process, only about having to do it so much thanks to shitty parts store axles. Nothing about changing a CV is difficult.
The Duralast ones do suck though because the housing is slim and you have nothing to push/pry against to pop them out

My reboot kit came in packets not those nicer tubes. No idea why Toyota has two different rebuild kits for our trucks. The kit I used was less expensive I guess.
Boot slide mod adds some time to the job. Once I did one side I was good though.

@what road if you ever go with night vision, make sure to nut up for a pair of tubes with similar matching specs.

That'll set you back about $5k alone, unless you go white phosphor then you'll be at about over $7k

Then the housing which ABN provides at under $2k

Then having it built and culminated (most important part) which will net you singles that give you damn near the same picture between one another, and can be used together through both eyes.

When you pair non matched tubes and shit, you get different pictures which your brain has a hard time putting together and actually causes severe eye strain and headaches. Not fun at all when you're trying to shoot and move in pitch black darkness.
