    Correct. While my model yielded no destruction or even large permanent deformation of the sliders (based on my assumptions), it did result in contact as I mentioned above.

    Source: Structural Engineer with access to expensive steel design code books and fancy software.

    Good for you! I graduated from NAU with a BSME in 2016. I distinctly remember the heat xfer problem I had to do, via Matlab (blah) for my heat xfer class. Can't recall the professors name though. @Lfaub03 and I actually chatted about engineering school on our recent AZBDR trip. @Atl-atl even recommended I hit you up about taking a ride in your sweet Tacoma, as we live less than ~5 miles from each other.

    Haha yeah he’s in a few of my classes. And fingers crossed in out of school come December. But definitely, I’m always down to strap people into the race truck and take them for a ride. Just give me a few weeks until after my wedding when I can get my life back together. That paired with school has been killing me the last few months

    Nothin special is needed. Just remove uca bolt, Uniball bolt, pull out upper.. swap in new bushings and sleeves, reinstall.

    Actually.. don't even need to remove the Uniball bolt probably.
