I'll have to try that, 99% of the time I'm in dt Renton is because of Burnetts.

Luisa's in Ballard, when you walk in a lady hands you a fresh tortilla off the grill, and their margaritas come with an extra shot for like $2 more

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
It took me a bit to brave the highway... But it's pretty good. The owner is someone who enjoys tooting his own horn. He is a Michelin star winner...

    Concur on the El Kiosko:
Moving from So Cal in 2012, El Kiosko is the closest that I have found to authentic So Cal taco shop.
I always get the 4 tacos with carnitas and no onions. They put the carnitas on the flat top and give the meat a slight char on one side; crispy AND soft.

El Rinconsito is a close second place (900/Duvall)

Las Palmas in Shelton is my #1 spot and has been since I was a kid. Everything on their menu is great. Place looks kinda gross but the food....:spending:

I wouldn't venture to it if you aren't already here but if you are in Everett and want to brave Casino Rd., Aliberto's next to the 7/11 is a straight up San Diego taco/burrito shop. Some buddies that have lived down there before agree it's as close as it gets outside of So Cal.

El kiosko is legit. They have great carnitas. We actually have pretty damn good mexican food. I will say though I haven't found a place that serves hand made tortillas. A great, but now hispter spot is Asadero Sinaloa. It started off in Kent in the middle of nowhere but they've opened a new spot and relocated their kent spot. I haven't gone since the flood of hispters came in though.

I've gone there once. I had a bad experience, haven't gone since. I like Shake n Go next to costco in tukwila. Habit burger is pretty good too.

I’ve been once. Place looks sketchy, but the burgers are made from scratch when you order. So. Damn. Tasty.

My company straight up said that not everyone can work from home/remotely so no one can.
