x3 haha IMHO one of the quickest and almost seamless transitions from Qb in College to being a very decent QB in Pros

Depends - was it for 1 game? The season or a Dynasty league - Obviously this is perfect hindsight - but look at the stats - Sanchez is not going to get you more than 200 yards - EVER basically. The Jets aren't going to let him throw the ball. Yes Romo might make mistakes and throw picks (both threw 2 yesterday) but his yardage numbers will consistently higher than Sanchez. So it depends on your leagues scoring really.

Sanchez is a 50% completion QB who averages less than 170 a game so far in his career. Not the kind of QB who is going to win you alot of fantasy matchups.

Romo is a 60+% completion QB who over the past 3 season averages around 260 yards a game and a 2:1 TD to INT ratio. For all his down falls, I don't get points for whether they make dumb decisions down the stretch and cost their team the game, I'll take Romo.
