That's only the Mall Crawlers edition. It's a regional package. Very hush hush.

With the wheel off the ground, and preferably with the axle on jackstands, ram the spare into the side of the stuck-on wheels high or low (or both).

I'd never seen a wheel rusted on before and ended up calling AAA for "roadside" assistance and telling them I've got the truck jacked up and the nuts off in my own driveway (very embarrasing in my own mind at least...). The tow driver that showed up did that a few times and they broke loose.

Living in the rust belt this is pretty common. Put your back to the tire, grab under the top of the wheel-well and kick around the tire. It'll come off.

Have your buddy with the winch to come over, you know the one, the one that's a little bit off but always willing to get in some shit. Get him to park his truck at a 90° angle to your truck and then run the winch cable through your wheel, then to his truck with a snatch block and back to the wheel. Wrap twice for safety. Now draw in the winch until the wheel pops off. Drink lots of beer first. Beer helps.

    Work in progress...
Well, good thing you got that wheel off. Seems like weird stuff always happens to me for some reason.
