That's a horrible idea. What time?
You need to chop it and add a fart stick.

would 3M tape hold that to a diamondback HD? I’d spring for the brand name 3M stuff and not the Chinese version.

EDIT: I wouldn’t want to drill.

Nope! The only thing is my dash cam felt a little loose in the go pro adapter, so I just stuffed it a little with putty to make it snug. Sounds weird, but it worked.

I used a mount from Shapeways, I'll link it below. As far as the wiring, I just used a hardwire kit to turn off the camera below 11.5V, and it stays hot even when the truck is off.

    Go pro adapter:
    https://www.shapeways.com/product/P...unt-best-way?optionId=63619415&li=marketplace

    Dash Cam (Rexing V1):
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RLTXMWS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Wiring kit I used (one of many options):
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LXC2329/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Keep in mind that there are different rexing dash cams, and Shapeways has different mounts for them. Make sure you pair them up correctly.

I added sound deadening to the driver’s side door, wired up the DRL on my USR mirror turn signal and swapped the chrome for a black door handle. Got the passenger’s side door done a week or two ago. Now I need to do both rear doors. At this rate, I might be done with this project by the summer. Rear doors should take less time. 2 down, 2 to go!

Washed the truck today since the weather is nice. Plus I wanted to get some progress pictures before my suspension upgrade is installed and the windows are tinted.

Is that an Avid Offroad bumper guard? Are you happy with it, does it seem to be well built? It is one of the options I'm considering. I'm looking for something that had decent strength, and not just for looks. Thanks.
