I know there's been 100's of threads on this, but my situation is a bit odd. I've never had the drive train vibration issue with my '17 SR, until today. I left the truck in the airport parking garage for a week, and on my way home, my steering wheel began shaking quite a bit, and I can also feel a rumbling effect. It seemed to happen in the 60mph-70mph range.

I'll take it to the dealer next week, but has anyone had this appear out of the blue for no apparent reason?

Could be anything, but sounds like tires may be suspect

I had something similar happen. My truck sat for about a week as well. On the freeway, I felt a noticeable vibration in my steering wheel. Just kept driving for a couple of days and it eventually went away, either that or I am numb to it now.

What Chew said. Check tire pressure, could be low, may have a flat spotted tire. Mine sit's for weeks at a time. I get vib for first 50, or so miles, then disappears.

^^^Flat spotted a tire would be my logical guess.

Stock AF. My 68 Bronco and 2000 2.5RS get the mods.
Yep. Bump the tire pressure up and get them warm, a loooong ride on the highway. You're in Tampa, its warm, you're golden. I scrolled up to make sure you weren't in Montana or something... then you're screwed till july.
