Dont want a tool box but wanted some extra compartment storage in the back. This should work.

got creative with the attachment points since it called fro sheet metal screws. with all bolts tight it shouldnt move around unless another car smashes into me.

    Ain’t got a 3rd gen but,

The front looks nice, but the back looks like they said “F it, there done.”

So I had on order (1/31/2020) some Fifteen52 Turbo Mac HD classics in Matte Dark Grey and I'm sad to say that the lead times kept growing. First it was three weeks, then they added 2 weeks, then they added a month and a half... What a beautiful wheel but I have a buyer lined up with bald tires and I was antsy myself to see the 285s on my truck.

I fell back on my original choice of the Method MR701 17x8.5 0 offset in Bronze. I have them paired up with the Falken Wildpeaks AT3W in a 285/70R17. I think they look great on the truck. For anyone wondering I have the Eibach pro lift and the only rubbing I have is when going from full lock left to full lock right in reverse. Haven't stuffed them yet this is all pavement talk since I just got them on today. But I do have a set of JBA UCAs that I am going to install hopefully Sunday and get a new alignment.

Do you have a local Tap plastic store nearby? If you do, You can just removed your tailgate cover and take it to them and have the cut you a piece like your tailgate.

I am happy with it. It is well built but if you want a winch or something more heavy duty then slim line bumpers seem the way to go. I am looking forward to installing my light bar into it down the road. There is thread on the bumper guards in the AVID forum section if you want more feedback from people who've had it longer than me.

How do you like those headlights so far? I think they look sharp. Was the extra $100 for the LEDs worth it and were they already installed or did you have to do any modifications to get them to fit? Color changing lights do nothing for me but I want the ones I eventually buy to be brighter than my stocks.
