It just taste like home. I usually buy one once a year. They’re super expensive but the best pecan pie I’ve ever had IMO

I have never watched any of the arnold strongman stuff before. Lots of those figure 8 lifting straps being used.

Knee contraction is at 135 degrees. Uninjured knee is 155 so I’m close!

Was able to bike at a more normal position for 10 minutes and did 15 on the elliptical.

I’m lighting the world on fire here guys!

Incline bench today and lots of chest accessories. This nutrition coach is amazing so far, I am dropping weight and still making solid strength gains.

Current goal is to lean out around 275lb then begin the next bulk to 305-310 for Nationals in October.

Am I the only one who is stronger on incline than flat bench?

I really don't know how strong I am on incline... I always train it fairly light but I also barely train flat bench as it's not a prime strongman movement.

Are you taking the 130's for a ride on the incline for reps?

    Dumbbells? Yeah that's pretty easy.

Today was 3x12 so I went light

I would bet he can do a lot more. I’m 100lbs lighter and way weaker and can do 3x12 @ 85lbs.

Somebody in here was probably doing 85 at 160lbs tho so I can’t say much about myself.

I did 287lb incline dumbbells at 145lb bodyweight when I was in highschool.

I gotta do what you did tomorrow and carry a plate with a sandbag since we don’t have sandbags that go high enough :anonymous:

Haha it works great though. I'm ordering some 300-400lb sandbags so I don't have to do that again.

Well cowboy, I hope you're not bragging about 85lb dumbbells... It's a good start though!

Lol...I have to use barbells as dumbbells to get high enough weight.

and 85lbs dumbbells is fine as long as you do a full 1 second pause at the bottom to get rid of the stretch reflex :benchpress:
