Montana has some nice places. Big sky was one of them. And there are trails, rivers, and maybe lakes if I remember correctly.

No go for CA for me. Too many hippies and legal medical pot? Really? I know MT does too but there's less people there so it's not the same right? I understand that I'm being somewhat ignorant and that there is some gorgeous places in CA but other than Tahoe, I just don't see them being better than the Western MT, WY, and Northern ID area. And too many people. Plus what's with all the gangs in CA? Don't they know that there are REAL jobs out there other than selling drugs and prostitutes and shooting at people who were a different color shit??? Not to stir up too much flak just my .02

Sugar Land / Missouri City Texas.

My cousin is in San Diego, CA....nice place to visit but not live. Way too expensive.

Hardly if any crime here. The worst we've had is probally people stealing cats off SUVs and trucks. But thats in the more "Ghetto" side of missouri city.

Only thing i dont like about texas is we've got conservative people running the state

Breckenridge, Colorado is pretty awesome. So is Burlington, Vermont. I have lived in both, currently in Breck.

Brentwood, TN. 20 mins south of nashville, houses are very affordable, high income community, lakes very close, smokey mountains very close, and it's people from the south so naturally were all nicer. Yeah i know it's in tennessee but there arn't any hicks here, just sayin. Also it's starting to grow like crazy, Nissan moved their HQ here last spring.

If love NC, but if I was forced to leave, I would drive straight to Savannah and set up shop there.

I grew up in Summerville and left after I joined the Air Force. There's lots of nice places in SC. South of Myrtle Beach near Pawleys Island, Hilton Head area, Greenville..... I don't think I could ever move to Montana... Way to far from the coast. lol
