Just removed your tailgate cover, give it to them and ask them if you can get the same cut. They pretty much are gonna trace over it and cut out. The smallest size they have is 1/4, You can do the drilling at home or make them do it for $1 per hole..... ask for HDPE plastic. You might need to trim a little bit. Should cost $40 for the board and $30-40 for the services.

Got the upTOP Overland Bravo roof rack installed. I also chose the fairing cutout option to fit a 38" Extreme LED light bar.

I really like your rack! How much space is there between the bottom of the rack and the paint? With weight on it is it possible that it could contact the paint? Weight rating?
IMO this is the nicest looking rack of that type that I've seen!:thumbsup:

My DiamondBack SE was delivered just before dark yesterday. I’m stuck on a 24hr shift today and it’s killing me! First world problems.

Life has its priorities and yours are correct.
I'd have gone to work too but it would have been a challenge.

I almost bought the mat, I'm actually glad I didn't as I haven't run into the same issues y'all seem to. Sure it's a bit slippery back there but I just strap things down if they're not supposed to slide.

Getting the bed stiffeners later this month, primarily because of the mid-height cargo points I'm going to use to keep my cooler in one spot during longer adventures.

There's about 1" space give or take depending on where you measure. Not too worried about contact though. While researching roof racks, most of the vendors don't list weight capacity, but instead defer to 'vehicle specifications' when describing load capacity.
