I almost bought the mat, I'm actually glad I didn't as I haven't run into the same issues y'all seem to. Sure it's a bit slippery back there but I just strap things down if they're not supposed to slide.

Getting the bed stiffeners later this month, primarily because of the mid-height cargo points I'm going to use to keep my cooler in one spot during longer adventures.

There's about 1" space give or take depending on where you measure. Not too worried about contact though. While researching roof racks, most of the vendors don't list weight capacity, but instead defer to 'vehicle specifications' when describing load capacity.

Hello. I just installed the Fire Flys kit a few minutes ago. I discovered the same thing that you did, which was the vanity lights are really freaking bright. I noticed that the LED lights are directional, unlike the OEM "fuse" style lights. So I tried turning them away to the sides, so they weren't facing straight forward, and that cut down the harshness quite a bit. They are still bright, but are now usable, and not blinding. If you really like the LED tempurature like I do, it's worth a try if you still have the LED bulbs somewhere.

Swapped out my 2016-2019 TRD Pro tail lights for the 2020 ones. Before and after pics below. Only difference really is the black strip along the middle of the tail light on the 2020 ones, gives it a little bit of a new look.

A/V Adapter PnP for the WiFi Display Module
    Add-a-fuse

Works with all of the mirroring from most phone except Pixels.
I'll be swapping to a standard HDMI to A/V converter and adding a Chromecast for the mirroring. You want to buy my WiFi Display Module? Just doesn't work with my Pixel. Did the video with my friends iPhone.
