Oh really? I didn't know that about the M18 fuel impact driver. That's the only one I've ever had an issue with. Trigger switch burnt up, granted I was putting it through the freaking ringer. Home Depot swapped it with a new one for me on the spot, which was cool. I wonder if that's the issue others are having with it? The trigger switch?

It was specific to the hex mechanism...I can't recall exactly (I'm at work) but if you look it up, a lot of people have had issues with theirs.

I found out by looking up reviews since I was trying to justify the purchase for a one time use.

My 1/2" impact though? I use it every time I find an excuse to do so :D

Oh okay I missed that in your first post about the hex chuck/or anvil or whatever it's called. Haven't heard of that issue but it's good to know for future reference:D
    The more you know...:burp:

Took the dc for a good wash, got it ready to weld up. Definitely have some work ahead of me to get this thing solid again, but once done, she’ll be good for a while. Fuck is a prerunner without a box useless in fresh snow. Even locked with ice/snow tires!!

It's difficult to get to the front of the tank though. I used a bottle jack to open mine back up a little.

Yea it can be tight. But I’ve managed before. Crazy how many people destroy
Gas tanks around here on trucks.

A lot of surface rust. I’ll coat that. But definitely some gross holes.

It was either a 2002 or 2003 SE. Had to swap out airbag units to make sure plugs worked since the ‘02 had dual stage.

Lots of dust and custom dents, Check Build

Can confirm I wasn't able to do it with a 12 ton press though.

Hopefully the shiny new 20t does the trick tomorrow.
