You gonna put new bushings in while you got em out? Put plenty of grease in the hole and on your bolt before you put it back in. Let me know if you need any help!
I love the idea of the bushings having a grease nipple! Folks say they are weak, but I haven't read of a failure anywhere on the internet. The hole is teeny weeny and doesn't run the whole length of the bolt, just a quarter of the way down.

Glad you finally got it on buddy, I'm sure it rides great! My alignment didn't feel like it changed at all, it was kinda weird. When I took it in for alignment the next day, it was slightly out.

I have seen two trucks break them but they were running extreme trails.

I won't be running any extreme trails in this truck! When I get my silver truck door repaired, that will be my extreme trails truck.

Yeah daily driving should not have any problems.
The guys that run extreme trails don't use U-joints that are greasable either because the hole through the center makes them weak.

Yea, all the weight up front killed them. That other bumper was like 160lbs. I also had a winch with steel cable for a while as well so it really was heavy up front.

Yea I’m running the set that came with I need one more set for the front, my idea is leave a spare spring bolt in case one of them breaks. Doubt I ever will though.
