Retrofit Wholesale? SCAM?

Have y'all ever bought some lighting equipment here? I bought some Morimoto LED bulbs for my brothers 2019 TRD Pro, and haven't received shit. I bought them on the 30th of December and didn't receive confirmation of shipment due to my item being on backorder, but now I think I just got scammed. I was emailed on the 14th of February with a USPS tracking number that didn't work. I contacted @eledobleu and he said he'd get in contact with the USPS. Now my dude here won't even answer my PM's

 

Call your CC company and see if they'll help

Yeah, I’m very certain he Is robbing Peter to pay Paul. I got the run around from him when ordering Morimoto headlights. He kept saying TRS was on back order and didn’t have enough lights. I called TRS and it turns out they had plenty of lights but he wasnt supplying payments for orders that people already payed him for

 

Yeah, seems like that guy has no intention of refunding anyone and it's just a massive shit show. Mods are aware, unsure why he's still around.

That guy is a fucking idiot. Go through the threads of the group buys... There are tons of issues revolving him on this site and the tundra one.

Funny how these things tend to go once a negative thread is started. Be leery because in the other thread, they said a refund from him was like pulling teeth even after he initiated it. Don’t let him string you along past the window to file a claim with your CC company

You have way more patience than me. If an item is in stock I expect it shipped out within 3 business days and if it’s not then I expect some accurate date on when it’s available. If they miss that date with no update then I cancel. I’m in a similar line of work and that’s what I expect of myself as well.

 

Call today. If they're a good company they'll help you out ASAP. I had a problem like this with my discover card. They refunded the purchase immediately. He's trying to get you to wait it out so the refund period expires on your card.
