Yes it could, do a continuity test on the ground inside the control box.

Are you getting power after the small fuse where the wire connects to the solenoid?

I was referring to the ground wire that connects to the bottom of your winch, the one coming from the battery. A small ground wire also connects to the bottom of the winch motor that runs up to the control box, make sure they are not loose or corroded

Also check the wires that connect to the winch motor from the control box

Quick question- currently medium dekar leaf pack with 1 inch block in the back (I know I should have ordered heavy duty from the beginning). Ordered add a leaf to make heavy duty, so will this keep my truck level/slight rake. Should I order another leaf to compensate for the block?

Just to make it a heavy duty/ want to get rid off the block but I don’t want to do it all just to realize I’m still sitting low in the back.

Just camping gear. Sometimes 4 bikes. Might even purchase some jet skies for the summer. Guess I’ll set it up and see. If I end up needing another AAL then I’ll order and slap on.

The AAL will add thickness to the leaf pack and stop some sagging. You will likely sit higher with just the one AAL and no block.

Not sure man. That’s a good bit south of me. Any fab shop can do it though with a grinder and a welder. You can purchase the plate online or just have them cut you in to fit.

For everyone thats been asking about the tune. I put the 1.05 93 octane performance tune on today and just the little bit ive drove i cant stop smiling. Turned my truck into a beast. So happy with it, i cant wait till the 2.0 5.29 gear tune drops. I just cant imagine it getting any better tho. So happy with it. Thanks @newdles for letting me borrow the cable.

Just be aware the initial feeling you got when first installing then driving wears off of course. But if you ever want that feeling to come back flash back to stock for a few days then flash the tune to 1.05 or 2.0. It’s quite an upgrade that’s for sure.

Keep in mind it’ll feel much different in 4lo too. The aggressive throttle at the start is quite massive in 4lo til you get used to it. But your truck has so much weight it might just offset it enough that it feels great all around as is.

So took @tweakit88 advise and drilled some holes to mount the rci bed rack awning mounts. Love the location but mounts are a good bit wobbly. Not to the point that the 3/16 steel would break but I don’t like how it wobbles. Maybe some gussets from @BamaTaco56 are in order.
