Finally my arm and shoulder healed enough for me to install my Amazon fogs. Will probably upgrade the bulbs and the crappy switch but for now they will do. Still need to aim them20200308_162319.jpg

How’d you mount the raptor lights with the stock grill?

Went to the diy shop here in Denver to do a full transmission flush and drop the pan. I read on the write up that the drain plug takes 21 ft lbs. It stripped out on me and I have to buy a new pan. So not double checking was a $100 mistake.

Oooof. That completely sucks. Did you find the proper spec? I'll be tackling mine this next week.

Changed the oil and filters and picked up some VLR. Stuff smells good and works real well.

Busy week for me. Last weekend I mounted the new Shrockworks rear bumper. Friday I installed the Shrockworks sliders and this weekend I installed the JBA UCA's, and Dobinsons suspension, front and rear. Slowly making her mine.

The same happened to me. FYI the drain crush washer crushed at about 13ft/lbs and I tightened it to about 14ft/lbs. Completely leak free.

New bed lights. Fun challenge since I couldn’t get it to work initially.

Awesome, thanks for that. I thinks that's exactly what I'll do as well. What's concerning is I've seen that 21ft/lbs spec in a few different places.

What are the details on the Dobinsons? What did you set the fronts to? It seems to be a good alternative to 6112/5160 combo. Trying to decide what to go with myself.

Mounted my krazy beaver shovel as well as loaded my spare drive shaft for my wheeling trip next weekend. Was trying to figure out how to secure it and this is what I came up with. Pretty happy with it.

Supposed to be 15 ft.-lbs. as far as I can find. The 13-14 mentioned is probably enough.

yep, the letters were like 50 bucks extra. They’re available in flat black and gloss but I went with flat. I used automotive goop on them as well and put candles on them to weigh while the goop dried. It’s pretty easy to do

Almost ripped my stock antenna off the other day at the car wash so I bought a stubby one for 25 bucks on Amazon

Also put the grill together and wired the lights up a few days ago. I’m really happy with the way it turned out. The initial dremel cut wasn’t perfect but you can’t really notice it.

I’m going to take the bug deflector off soon, does anyone in SE Michigan want it?
