Need some alignment pros to address my concern. I just installed 5100’s front/rear. Used the first notch for less than 1in lift. Stock coils and leafs. The caster is pretty far apart on each side (1.7/2.5). I notice on the print out they gave me said 265/70/r16 when I actually have 265/70/r17 too. Should I be concerned? They said they couldn’t balance the numbers.

I just went through a similar situation and it’s looking like this is common. Doesn’t look like they touched the camber or caster and just adjusted toe. Do you have stock uca’s? They should still be able to balance out the number side to side

I’ll leave this to the guys more familiar with dialing in alignment but that’s what it looks like to me.
Adjusting toe is as easy as turning a nut. So if alignment shops can make some money off an easy adjustment that takes 20 minutes and say the other numbers don’t move, they capitalize on the time spent vs amount charged.
Now, I guess it could also be the alignment cams are seized if you’ve never had it aligned or if it’s been a rreeeallllyy long time and they never got some anti seize treatment

Another toe and go. It’s truly amazing how many shops have alignment equipment and don’t know what they’re doing, or just don’t care about doing things right.

I'd go back if you paid for a full alignment. They only adjusted your toe. Didn't correct anything else.

If you want even more input, post pics of all 4 LCA cams.

Trucks drives ok and doesn’t pull to one side but that doesn’t mean it’s properly aligned

Definitely TONS of room for improvement. As long as the cams aren’t seized, a competent alignment guy would have no problem setting up a very nice alignment. If the alignment cams are seized, the shop should have told you, “The alignment cams are seized. The alignment is not horrible, but it’s not great. If you want it set up perfect, you need new cams and either bushings or complete LCAs. (Your choice. $$$ or $$$$) What do you want to do?”

Not sure if they can get rid of all of the passenger side positive camber, but they could get rid of most of it if they tried. They didn't try

Have them set caster first ( imo get as much positive as you can , then camber , then toe) getting 2.5 caster per side with the factory ucas should be a non issue if they know what they’re doing. Good luck

Thanks for the input. cams are definitely not seized. The caster setting for each wheel is very different which I don’t understand. I would be happy with:
Close as possible “0”toe and camber and 2+ caster on both sides with stock coils and UCA’s with less than 1in lift on 5100’s. Maybe I’ll see if they’ll redo and see if they could start with caster then do camber and toe

Working on the passenger side 1st, turning this one all the way out will increase caster and decrease camber.

After that, if you still need less camber, rotate this one out slightly. Camber anywhere between 0 and +.4 is fine as long as both sides are the same. Should be no problem and keep caster at about 2.5.

Minimal lift, numbers in the green, drives ok, doesn't pull. Don't overthink it, especially with such a small lift.

He paid them for filet mignon and they gave him Taco Bell.

Let me rephrase that. He paid them for steak(camber), lobster(caster), and a baked potato(toe in). They gave him a baked potato.

Yeah doesn't even look like they loosened the cam bolts, i would make black marks on the bolt heads before you take it back. your cam bolts look pretty good so they shouldn't be seized or anything. Most likely the lazy ass guy doing the alignment didn't feel like even trying...
