There was an episode where Homer had to take his car to a mechanic or body shop and I think they said his car was Swedish, lol.

 

In one episode, Homer said Marge's station wagon was made in Guatemala after some rednecks insulted him for driving a "fancy German car"...

In another one, it is said that Homer's pink sedan was made from Soviet tank parts, and in yet another one, it is described a 1986 Plymouth Craparola!

 

That is hilarious!

 

There is another episode where the check engine light is on and Homer puts tape over it.

 

And apparently the car does not have air-conditioning...

As Homer says when the family has to leave town one time; "In one car? With no air-conditioning? And the little poop machine going every twenty minutes?!?!"

Your wheel covers look good, I had to do a double take cause it looks like that bicycle was mounted on the back of your truck.

 

That bike is always hanging there...

 

If I feel up to it I may take the car for a spin tomorrow.

I am sure you can, the clutch pedal is quite stiff but otherwise its not too difficult. I let the Ex gf's son drive it around the parking lots before and he did fine.

I've never driven anything with 4-wheel drum brakes!

 

Its not that bad.

 

I have owned a few with 4 wheel drums, you do have to spend a little extra time adjusting the fronts otherwise it will pull to either side.

 

Any Mustangs with 4-wheel drums?
