    If you really really want to make the panties drop next time brine that tenderloin for at least 24 hours before cooking - lots of brine recipes on the web, makes the meat very tender & juicy this works for baking, grilling or smoking pork. From the pics I would say she is worth the extra effort & good luck, women dig a guy who can cook.

    wrong. tenderloin has very little connective tissue..so it is better suited to high fast cooking.
