One more thing. If you’re going to run the csf radiator... check your drain plug before installing. When I went to replace the lower hose I discovered that my drain plug was cross threaded. Made for a longer day. Had to pull it and put stock one back in. I’m waiting on a new one via warranty now. I want to make clear that I’m not bashing csf. The radiator is awesome. I understand when you’re doing 600,000+ units a year things happen. Probably just got the last one before they retooled. However that’s why you won’t see it in the pics.

 

Pro Tip here. Thanks for that. Mine is hanging in the garage and I will definitely check before install.

 

Get me a better angle. One from where the tensioner is in relation to where the hose is at.

Unfortunately it’s no longer on my truck so I’ll check and see if I have any that will help. I don’t post much but I thought I did put all the pics on one post then I only see one? I’ll figure out what I did wrong for my next multiple pic post haha.

Ahh, okay, I didn't know you pulled it. The angle of it does look vastly different over OE, then again, as thick as the CSF radiator is I'd imagine things in general shifted over a little bit. We may still be in the need to run a properly made radiator hose for our trucks over attempting to use the lower for the NA version so things sit better in there. I have never had an issue with my tensioner and radiator hose giving me issues.

 

Yeah the stock one comes off straight and goes downward after it clears the tensioner. Where the hps starts downward over the tensioner

 

Finally, some pics for Gerald at HPS to work with. Thanks, @Forumuser . I the lower radiator hose dropped off at HPS to get one redesigned. Hopefully I hear from Gerald soon.
