Wow that view looks really familiar. You wouldn't be in the foothills of the central sierras would you?

    Maybe not though.

    Thanks.

It’s a Century “ultra” canopy (with side Windoors) with a Rhino “Pioneer” platform on top. I am very happy with the combo.

I have been working out of pickup trucks most of my life, and work for a company with a fleet of pickups, so have some opinions about canopies (shells/caps/etc). The best lasting ones my company has used are the Century brand ones with the framed windows (not flush ‘SUV style’). It is very rainy where I live and we have found that all canopies with flush windows eventually leak. The “budget” framed windows of the Century Ultra canopies are the best and the canopies themselves are very strong.

Century is a bit of a sleeper brand and is not well known. It is a division of Leer, that is supposed to be their budget line, but we have found them to be better than the Leer product when it comes to leaking. I think the rest of the build is identical. The “framed” windows are what makes the difference.

Climbing up and over old railroad lines is probably the only place in Illinois where my clinometer gets in the yellow.
