I was gonna say, wtf how does Phoenix have cooler weather than us in late Summer haha

The brutal heat/summer weather for us usually starts in August, maybe July...and we don't get relief really until the end of October. Fall is like a one week long season in the southwest region

Super fun and laid back, weather was great the the GF had a blast! Only issue I had was trying to put my full sized spare under the truck and having the muffler clearance the tire for me.

That and the dog shitting itself on the way up were our only hiccups haha

    how was ur weekend brother?

Ooof...is that the full size spare you just picked up last week? That sucks man lol. I haven't tried fitting my 33" spare under the truck, I know it's possible if you bend the spare tire brackets or trim them off but it fits just fine on my swing out tailgate

I don't know how the exhaust is on the 5 lugs but you may need to cut it to fit the tire

I still have no idea what he sources those injectors off of. The closest I can find is 06 corolla injectors

Bummer about the dog, hopefully that wasn't too much of a PITA to clean up

Glad to hear it was a good trip. Always nice to get out and enjoy some good weather and relax

faaaakkk yeah that was the brand new spare I just got haha!

The 30 in tire fit in the bracket for me from the 26 in tire. I probs would have to bash the bracket out if I was doing 31, but with the exhaust it's a no go.

I left this tire in my bed till we got up north and thank god it would've burned all the way thru the tire if I didn't. Decided to throw it under the truck Saturday morning on a run to town to see if my rear axel dump down was far enough from the tire. Exhaust tip was maybe 3 inches from the tire, and it charred just form a 10 mile round trip.

gonna keep this one for now and start looking again I guess smh. Shocks and suspension need to be done first for the slug

Fucking hell, this model agency that is desperate to keep working with us emails me every week asking about it, I've told them a dozen times I would let them know if we wanted to hire them. But that doesn't deter them from "checking in" with me every week. Which is fine, but I'm not going to repeat myself constantly so I just ignore them unless we need to reach out to them.

Now this dude is CC'ing the owner of the company on every email he sends me, despite my asking him more than once to ONLY reach out to me because the owner doesn't get involved in this kind of crap. Makes me look bad when he keeps doing it regardless while cc'ing my boss lol. So I'm having our IT department mark this dude's entire agency as spam across every company email. Adios MF'er

You can blindly throw a rock and probably hit a model agency (or wanna be model) in LA so it's not like it's going to hurt us.

Judging from the pic I thought the actual exhaust pipe was pressed up against the tire. So the exhaust gas alone is what did that on just a 10 mile trip? Crazy

But yeah if you ran that tire on the truck, not only would you have a crazy vibration from it but it would also probably blow out once you got up to speed.

Id bet the pipe was touching it too. Im gonna put my 32" spare up underneath later this month and I plan on having my tailpipe relocated soon too. Probably gonna have to fab up some sort of heat shield to go in between the pipe and tire.
