Traffic/commuting where I live in Seattle has been increasingly light this week. Only time before someone in a Seattle area school gets the virus resulting in closures and parents staying home for childcare...

I travel every week for work. Actually had a local site this week. Harborview, great.

Flying out again Monday morning. So far my company has said to take precautions and that is it.

I mean, at this point the office is probably pretty safe with as many that are out.

    As an introvert, it’s heaven.

Agreed. If 90% of my coworkers stay home, less exposure for me. I don't like working from home, I'm not productive there.

They call that the crab bucket mentality. I have a feeling orgs are going to realize they dont need people in the office depending how long this goes.

Yep, if i can't get out of the bucket, neither can you.
Typically only us IT/analysts can wfh because we get laptops and docking stations, but I don't see why more non clinical departments like finance or whatnot work from home. It's a win-win. We don't have to drive in and they dont have to pay for us shitting in their toilets and using their electricity.

That being said we have 5 confirmed cases, they wont tell us how many are patients/employees though, but we are getting a few of that life-care center patients sent down to us.

Wow, this thread is dead right now. I can only conclude that 1) we all BS while at work; 2) you are all at home sitting out the virus with better things to do than BS; and 3) I am the only idiot that voluntarily went in to work o_O

Acute bronchitis bordering on pneumonia. Starting on the uphill finally. Don't recommend. Not sure how I got that, was 50% sure I got the virus
