I’m thinking about picking up delta airlines, wanted to a while back but now seems as good of a time as ever.

Found a 12 night 13 day western caribbean cruise with RCL for may. Interior for 2 was 1400 window with ocean view 1700 and balcony for 2000. Talk about a steal. I do wonder if those prices include Corona package

AAL will rebound quicker with falling oil prices and business travel.

Today would be #8 on the worst Dow days ever if it closed now (percentage not points). It would be worse than any day during the financial crisis. And I think it might get up the list a bit more before the day's over!

I never look at the Dow. SPX is where it's at.

Must have been looking at weeklies.

Biggest day during the financial crisis for the S&P was 9.04%. I was surprised when I looked this up too.

Oh yea, weeklies would be massive with several of those 5% days in a row.

I watched a documentary on the 1987-10-19 crash. It was nothing but someone made a very large trade, the dow lost a couple of points, everybody panicked and started selling and it snowballed. that's was right at the start of them using computers. It's why we have circuit breakers now

    Lol.

    Easy come, easy go.

On the bright side, it can only get worse.

Quick drops are often followed by quick recoveries. I have no idea if that is what happens this time, but it's common.

Worst day yet in my few months and I just wish I had a few extra hundred to drop in to watch grow over the next 3-4 years.

If I had the spare vacation time to cover the additional time of being quarantined after my cruise days are over I would be all over it.

Ok so I went ahead and yanked money from my high yield savings to move into webull, gonna liquidate all of robinhood and wait to transfer that settled money back into my savings acct. That way I'm not out of the market really.

EDIT: ugh webull only allows 1k in instant money to trade. Have to wait 3-5 days for the rest to settle. That's like 5 years in this market
