A little something every chance we get.
5 visits to fix the simple Engine Evap light, and they never succeeded. Last time they ordered two more parts to fix it - only installed one before they gave it back. Went through three advisors during that time, two aren't there anymore. Liked our car, but wasn't going to buy out the lease because 1) they couldn't fix a simple thing, 2) they wanted me to pay $900 for "Certified Pre-Own Inspection" or I didn't get factory warranty! Lady that texted and called me Friday to make the turn in simple wasn't even there to meet me - day off.
I have $150 in service vouchers I will give you at next C&C if I meet you - you could use them more than me!

Yikes.... that surprises me though. I've always had GREAT customer service from them which is really why we go back. Maybe I havent noticed because it's been a while since our last purchase, I'm not there for anything but schedule maintenance. That sucks for sure.

The part that is crazier is that I moved from the dealership that sold it in SATX, after they got bought by another group and went to heck in a handbasket - worse than SW until this fiasco. remember to hit me up if you come to C&C.

Lol again...fantastic service. We just don't go if we have something else we need to do. We went to a movie last time while they changed the oil and such. They even paid for our uber! But we still ended up waiting a little while even after the movie.

Eh, I'm almost 12 years into this thing. It's been slow before, I'm not too worried. I have some hot sports opinions about global economics, the media fueled fear machine(coronavirus), and a specific political party that I will choose to keep to myself as I'm not looking to get whacked with the banhammer... So... How are you Matt?

:rofl:Pretty good no complaints. My company is in a bidding war with a another for our region so new opportunities may come about. Trucks running good, cold beer in the truck, food in the fridge so all is well.

You don't want to know how much of a trim my retirement portfolio has taken in the last 10 days. Without numbers, here is a screenshot:

Honestly, mine too. I've still got a long way to go, so I'm trying to not be too worried about it.

It's the only way to think about it. I was all in in '08, when the market dropped 38%, so not worried about this.

I've been trying to keep several people calm about this....2 things.
    1) now is the time to expand your portfolio on the cheap (if you dont have too much tied up in stuff not doing so well).
    2) if it doesn't recover, it's because the virus won and we'll all probably be dead anyway.

    Can't really lose!
