i used to enjoy nitro quite a bit, based on the wheels it may be a traxxas 4tec but wheels are ofcourse interchangeable. Unless its an xray or mugen its probably worth 150-200 max if it runs well.

It wasn’t your 1.9’s that took it, it was my love to squeeze the trigger. That flop ruined my chances lol. You did a good job, but those were some noob hills and we all know it. ;);) I want hills you gotta bomb up them. Not, fast crawl up. All good, had a blast! Glad you came down!

I went to Bill’s (Ream? Prob the oldest gentleman that competed in the bouncer comp last weekend) in Southlake after BP sat night and that guy has a top shelf crawler course setup in his backyard. Dead center of the yard, surrounded by green grass, bordered in with some stone, and a nice windmill in the middle. It was maybe 10’x20’ and looked professional as can be. I was amazed. Should have taken a pic. :(

Took the bouncer out last night, with the new/replacement shift servo. Happy to say, ran two full packs hitting some good trails, and no ill effects. I believe the hole for the center pin had some play, causing the last one to get a little out of alignment and breaking the tiny teeth. Ended up turning the servo speed down, and gained quite a bit more control. Was the perfect conditions for bouncing in my opinion!

I added a Savox servo to my rig last week, so now I have the jitters. I've been researching glitch busters and I'm seeing all sorts of different values for the Capacitors. I have access to a few different sizes, most of which are well over the 10v range. I'm thinking as long as my cap is bigger than my max charge, then it shouldn't really matter capacity wise how big it is. A 10v cap would never reach full charge on a 2s system anyway. Do any of you guys have any experience with busting the glitch?

We only have experience busting Savox servos. I broke the $160 2290SG 15 mins into the first run when it took a bit of a dip in the lake. It was buzzing the whole time it was mounted on the truck. After that dunk, it would never recenter and just kept glitching out. Hobbytown let me swap it out for a Protek 370TBL and I couldn't be happier. I do have one on my XV01 as well. That one works but it buzzes all the time too. Savox warranty service is pretty good the 3 or 4 times I've dealt with them.

So you think it may be the servo? I've read where guys remedy this with the glitch buster. Heck, they're a package deal on ebay….
