    I was wondering, kinda figured that was the case...from what I recalled having seen some of the country there. Pulled 4 months TDY assigned to JTF (CTF) Bravo out of Kelley Barracks while stationed at RAF Mildenhall. I ran support airlift between Stuttgart, Tuzla, and Sarajevo.

    I was in Tuzla - my battalion provided the Intel support for MND North/Joint Guard - and covered Mt Vis and Hill 1396 about two hours to the south by road. Many times the only way to get to 1396 was by helicopter.

    I always have had great respect for my Air Force brethren. Among many great experiences like directing CAS from A10s and riding as the ground LNO on an AC-130, they took great care of me and Lynn when we went back to the US on emergency leave when my Dad died - I was in Tuzla when I got the Red Cross message.

    Morning Mark. Even though DST didnt affect the time here, it must have been my internal home clock that caused tne late wake up LOL. Glad spring is heading in and the weather is getting nicer. We head home on the 26th and surely hope it is nice then. Time to start planning for next winter :thumbsup:.
