    Canada Eh!
Army green headlight trim plates. Lots of pics for those visual people!

I’m sure this group will appreciate this :)

Full disclosure, psgr side plate is slightly blemished. MESO was suuuper quick to send out a new set, no questions asked! Superb customer service! I did install the blemished plate, because well I just couldn’t wait! Install took about 15 minutes, and that was taking my time.

    enjoy!

Do you have to remove the bumper to install them? Reading the instructions on the Meso site it sounds like you do. But if they took 15 mins to install???

Don’t have to totally remove, just release enough clips on the sides and top to pull it away enough to get a screw driver in there. I did one side at a time, just releasing the side and top. There’s a new video on MESO marketplace thread showing the steps for headlight removal. Just follow along far enough to pull each corner away enough to access each plate.

I love this simple mod. It looks so much cleaner and makes the lights more aggressive looking. Definitely on my future mods list! :D

Anyone else experiencing super squeaky leaf springs? I would have thought the '20 would be past this. Time to get dirty

I sometimes wish I bought the green instead of black. Such a sharp color!

I have always had a weakness for black paint...despite it being a pain to keep clean. That or white would have been my second choice...but hey, when you are retired Army how can you not go Army Green?

I’m a sucker for a clean white truck. I saw another 2020 Pro in white locally, and I certainly took a good look. Something about the contrast with the black wheels, black flares and trim.

After I choose a vehicle my next priority is exterior color. No matter what the fad color of the year is I always choose white.

When the 3rd Gens came out in 16, I was not impressed. OR-Sport or PRO didn't matter. And through the years Quicksand, Cement, or either of the Blue's. Nothing. Not one little bit. I had thought of trading my 2012 Silver Streak Mica DCSB. But when I looked at every truck and then back at mine..... I just wasn't impressed. But then mid January this year TW cost me again. I happened on to a thread with a picture of Army Green.
I was floored. I looked at every pic I could find. I didn't even know this truck existed! I went home and showed the truck to my wife who also loved the color. And within a week we had one on order. Now to be honest I've never seen an Army Green Tacoma in person. I've seen a Tundra and a Sequoia in Army Green and hate the color. I also hate it in the pics and videos of these two cars. Just too much Green. For some reason to me the Tacoma in Army Green just works. Smaller vehicle, Black fender flares and a little sharper body lines. Now I may hate it in a Tacoma in person, I won't know until I see mine hopefully later this week. We'll just have to wait and see. Fingers crossed.
