    So, highest grossing still doesnt pay much. However, if you move to a different company and bring that book of business, you can basically force the new company to pay higher commissions...and you have a track record for pulling in big customers.


    Think of it like this. If you were a realtor, and you worked at some poe-dunk tiny realty company out in the middle of nowhere but somehow you were selling million dollar homes.....

    A bigger real estate company will pluck you up out of the blight and pay you more.
