    Sometimes they do, sometimes they dont. Usually, you can pull them to another printing shop.

    Other than that, if I can put on my resume that I grew my territory, essentially doubling the value in less than 5 years, from $500k to over a million, that would be INSANE in this industry, no matter where you work in the country as a printing rep.

    Most reps manage around $250k-$500k a year in business and slowly grow that to over a million.


    For instance, the rep that has been with our company the longest did $600k last year, and she's been there for 20+ years.

    I did $500k and have been there for 3 years. LOL.

    Another reason I want to leave is because I've had to forfeit customers because "they were in her territory"....which is bullshit because we dont have territories, necessarily.
