Streets of Seattle and the sounder train are a ghost town. If the commute was like this all the time I wouldn’t complain

Was that during pt hours? Was it at mcveigh gym or by the motor pools? If motor pool that’s where we have Monday morning battalion formation. I actually work on the other side of the airfield off stryker

Not for me haha. 5 - 1/4 actually, just trying to build my mileage back up after my knee injury. Adding a mile every week until i get back to 10 and then work on speed to drop my times.

ah righteous. I still see people debating about 4.88 or 4.56 for 35's and it's like the 10th thread I've seen on it. I thought TW had come to a final consensus on it by now.

Ugh damn roofs, mine is currently tar paper over plywood. Hopefully the weather holds :fingerscrossed: and it will be finished today with a new solar tube in the living room.

Once I recover from the minor remodel I'm in the middle of I am hoping to get the truck back in shape and re-gear with 4.56s. I had debated back and forth but I think for me being a manual and the lower gears already being a bit lower combined with the amount of highway driving most of us around here have to do to get anywhere worth using 4x4, it makes more sense to go the slightly less aggressive route. I think the choice for anyone is going to depend on personal factors like that, or you could just do like @Usethe2nd and go full bananas with 5.29s :bananadance:

Whuddya doing to drop your time? I've been running 10-12 in prep for a half, but I'm stuck around 10:20-10:30 pace. I do a faster 9:30 pace for my 5-6m mile runs. That being said i'm 36 now, not the young paratrooper I was back at Ft. Lewis....you dirty nasty legs lol.

I haven't seen anyone recommend 4.56 for 35s. Most people (with weight) are going 5.29s for 35s.
