    Appreciate it! Good looking out Bob! I'm pretty sure its OEM. They built several in 2008, but the it was during the housing crisis. Maybe they stopped printing manuals then.... they didn't think they would be necessary. I'm going to call my realtor to see if he can contact the previous owner and ask if he got a manual with it or not.
