I am loving my Bridgestone Dueler Revo 3’s. These are stock sized “P” rated and are light and work awesome! They have a semi-aggressive tread look but handle like a highway tire.

Falken Wildpeak AT3W is the way to go if you do DDing and light off roading.

This is one tire distinctly different from the standard to E load.

Standard load had better winter silica rubber compound than the LT. Will perform better in the cold stuff.

The LT won’t wear as fast as it doesn’t have quick as sticky rubber (still good though) and actually has deeper tread depth good for Off Roading.

The Falken is better than the BFG and Duratrac for a DD in that they’re less aggressive, lighter, and less expensive (at least back when I got some). may not last as long though.

If you are on pavement 99% you can’t go wrong with Michelin LTX Defenders.

I’ve been running Firestone Destination AT2s with the mountain peak and snowflake for all weather driving. I’ve had excellent traction, even on wet pavement, off pavement and they really aren’t noisy. I’m happy with them.

Another one worth considering is the General Grabber A/Tx which is an upgrade of the Grabber A/T2. I'm running the A/Tx on my 2020 TRDOR in the snowy Minnesota winter and they have performed surprisingly well on rain, snow, and ice. I had the A/T2 tires on my 2010 TRD Sport and ran those for 5 winters and over 50,000 miles before I sold my truck. Both are quiet on the highway, run the trails nicely, and hold really well when aired down to ~20 psi.

I considered something a bit lighter than A/Ts, but with my love of snow driving, I decided to stick with another set of A/Ts for my daily driver and don't regret it at all.

I’m running these as well. Great tire. I got them in 265/75, no issues.

I just got wildpeaks 265/75/16. They look a lot better, and the gas mileage seems about the same so far. Should do well in the snow from what i've read. Price isn't bad either. I have the copper atw on my jeep. No complaints with them, but I think the Falkens are a little more aggressive.

Ended up going with some 255/75/17 Cooper Discoverer AT3 skinnies with some Black Rock Yuma wheels and found a rhino lined Snug Top shell as well to start off the ole Chaco Taco. Have had the tires on for about a month now and have been impressed with them so far. Little to no noise on the highway and have not done too much off-roading but with this rain in SoCal this week I’m getting pretty antsy to get out there and see what they can do....Now time to enter the never ending maze of suspension combinations. Leaning towards Total Chaos upper and lower control arms with King 2.5 and Deaver leafs. Truck is my daily driver but will be used for family off road adventures and camping trips. Won’t be trying the Rubicon anytime soon but I would like to know the setup I have will handle basically everything else I can throw at it. Will be getting bigger tires with the lift and also looking to add more power or lessen the power drop off as much as possible. Budget for suspension 2.5-4K and probably going to go with an intake, either K&N or TRD. Have not done too much research about re gearing but open to all suggestions and set ups! Thanks for looking and thanks in advance for any advice, all is welcome

Don't. I did a fly-and-drive to pick up a Land Cruiser. It had to have new tires for the drive home so I had a set of Treadwright's shipped out and mounted. They couldn't be balanced, but I though I could get home in them. When I tried to drive them home the out-of-roundness vibrations were so horrible I was scared to get on the interstate. I turned around and went back to the tire store, bought a set of real tires that I should have bought to begin with, and drove home 900 miles. It took about a week of phone calls and emails to return the tires for a refund - Treadwright finally stood by them but didn't make it easy.

Toyo just released their new ATIII. The sidewall lugs are definitely more aggressive than the ATII.

Just got a 2020 Tacoma and the first thing I did was swap out the Wrangler Kevlar's with the new Toyo A/T III's. So far they ride really well on snow.

I really love your set up!

I'm currently in the market for new tires and have been looking at the TOYO OPEN COUNTRY A/T III 255/70R17 112T.

Can you please confirm the tire size you went with on the Toyo Open Country AT III and if you are running stock suspension. If so, any issues with rubbing.

Finally, any major hits on MPG High way riding.

    Thanks!
