Got a few projects finished on the truck this weekend. Switched out my body mounts cause mine were crushed lol. Also got my RCI bed rack mounts mounted my victory bed rack. Mounts are pretty wobbly. Going to gusset them to stop the wobble. [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]d to

https://www.c4fabrication.com/product/05-15-2nd-gen-tacoma-front-bumper-frame-support-brackets/ I'd think about some of these bumper support brackets with your new bumper I know you do alot of winching. Just a thought

I actually requested them when i had the bumper built but john made a good point. He said they are actually not needed and that it interferes with the factory design of the frame being able to crush in the event of a crash. As you can see there are indents in the frame where it is supposed to crush. It is a safety issue. He designed it with more than enough strength for winching. It has 12 mounting locations. I see a lot of people run those support brackets but i think im going to stay away from them.

Yea i dont think ill have any winching issues. He drilled extra mounting holes in my frame. I think it probably has more strength than needed lol. there are 4 extra bolts going through the frame. one you can see in the pic above.
