Geez I just passed 209,000 last week. I’d be great if you guys could drop some tips on making yours last. I’ve done the basics, sparks, oil changes, rear diff. I need to do a trans flush because I’m getting some vibrations at 20 and 40 MPH.

did the seafoam treatment 3 weeks back & looking good for now
when I get the code again, I will get more concerned I suppose
& as I get closer to 500k, I really dont care....what is the worst that can happen? I toast the motor?
In my mind I am riding for free at this point
(truck is paid off & most would agree I am long past the lifespan of most autos...I have a factory freak on my hands)

May be his taco but I don't think it has that odometer reading. The first 9 and third 9 are identical literally down to the pixel.

I'm no photography expert, and if I'm wrong my sincerest apologies, but it's suspect at best. It would be really cool if true, but I'm doubtful. Besides, that dash would make it at least a '12. 999500 miles in 8 years is something like 300+ miles a day.

I'm nearing a mere 220k on my '09. My questions to you higher mileage fellas is, at what mileage did you change your water pump? I still haven't change mine.

Change it when it starts leaking. I wouldn’t touch it otherwise unless I was tearing apart the front of the engine to fix or do preventative maintenance on something else.
